Refund policy

We have a 30-day product return policy because we want you and your pup to try Artemis for an entire month to see and feel the results of the #SoftDogLife. Still not into us? First, please gift your remaining product to a dog parent in your pack or to a local animal rescue. It's better for the environment that way!

Next, please send your order number and email used for your order to woof@hiartemis.com, and we'll process your fulfilled order for a refund (minus the cost of shipping). If your order is cancelled before shipping or due to being lost/damaged in transit, we will refund you fully.
