Even though pet grooming products are not regulated as human cosmetics products, we follow the guidelines set by the E.U. to eliminate over 1,600 potentially harmful ingredients from our formulations. After all, pet grooming products touch your skin, your dog's skin, and your home. Furthermore, our R&D team works with a veterinary dermatologist to make sure our made-from-scratch formulations are safe and effective for dogs from the very beginning. We believe that dogs are family, not property.

While we are made in the U.K. for wherever dogs are loved, we currently only ship to the U.K. and U.S.

Yes. The 100% recyclable paper carton of our bottle is made in the U.K. with food-grade dyes and can be repurposed as an enrichment toy for your dog (just check the inside for tips from chief canine officer Artemis!) before you compost or recycle the material. Our custom-designed refillable bottle is 100% recyclable and refillable using our compostable refill sachets. Because our formulation is a powder concentrate, we are able to provide maximum formulation in smaller, less wasteful packaging, and reduce carbon emissions along the logistics journey.

Yes, we are vegan and we do not test on animals (only consenting humans!). Our manufacturing facility is certified cruelty-free, too. We work with a leading veterinary dermatologist to make sure our products are safe and effective for dogs.
